Elizabeth Uccello has worked as a teacher for four years, two in the second grade at the Cunniff School.

She says she became a teacher because she “likes helping kids learn new things.”

She says she likes teaching kids to read and seeing their faces when they understand.

Her students say she makes learning fun and that she loves candy.

Uccello says that what she likes best is “getting to have fun teaching kids all day.”
