Patty Donovan has been teaching for 15 years. She was given an award by the Special Needs Children’s Parents. The award was for working with the Special Education Parent Advisory Council.

“The award was to say thank you,’’ she said.

Patty lives in Walpole and has a dog named Max. It takes her 40 minutes to drive to Watertown.

In the kindergarten, she helps kids, plays with kids, and “has fun.”

When asked what was her favorite color, she said, “I don’t have a favorite color,” she just loves all the colors.
